Super Excited to Get Our Approval Today
We had a very busy weekend. Drove down to SC to pick up a dining room set that we laid away late last year, put our refrigerator and washer/dryer combo on layaway at Sears, put a bunch of stuff in storage and then..........the dreaded fear hit. "What if...." That looming question that creeps in while you're in limbo mode waiting to hear if you've been approved or not. I was so relieved to hear that all of our planning was not in vain today and now I can breathe a big sigh of relief. My husband and I are determined not to walk into this new home with a bunch of new debt on top of the new house payment so paying for things with cash is very important for us. We will continue to pay off the things we have put on layaway and look for the best deals. We found a morning room buffet for $299 today and will be picking that up on Saturday. Our storage unit is busting at the seams but it will allow us to stage the condo and gets things ready for our renter.
