Two In One Day

Well I was about to post my frustration on the loan approval wait that we have been experiencing on yesterday but I decided to stay positive and practice a little more patience and guess what, the senior loan rep called tonight to request 1 additional piece of information and said everything looks good.  Our paperwork will go to underwriting after her operations manager reviews the file tomorrow and then there is a 4-5 day turnaround from there.  So it is looking like we should know something by Tuesday at the latest.  Wooo Hooo!  It feels great to know that things are at least moving along and we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
