Pre-Construction Meeting DONE!

Uber excited to have reached this milestone in the process.  It lasted about an hour and a half and we got the news that our lot is being cleared this week too.  Hubby is still just mildly excited (he always maintains his cool) but I guess I have enough excitement for us both.  :)  Next step is to wait for the permit approval from Isle of Wight County and then they can start building.  I will try not to call their office every other day to get an update.  LOL
